We had been dealing with a vendor through our home warranty company and had been without AC for over 2 weeks. At 37 weeks pregnant, I was so frustrated and we decided to just go ahead and replace our unit on our own. I called GBT late on a Friday afternoon. Frank called me back within the hour, came over on a Saturday (gave me an hour window rather than a 4 hour window like most companies), had a quote back to me in a couple hours and we had our unit replaced by Tuesday! I had gotten a couple other quotes previously and GBT offered the best product at a great price. They are also super friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and don’t put on the hard sell. I’m in sales and I certainly appreciate that. I’ll definitely be calling them for any needs in the future and will be referring them to all my clients! Thank you, GBT!

My wife and I wish to express how grateful and appreciative we are for your kind gesture in not billing us for replacing the capacitor in our A/C unit the day after my son died.
We were full of grief and couldn’t think properly all week long. We had many of our family members staying with us and thank God for family and extended friends. I want to take a moment to make you aware of a very positive interaction I had recently with one of your technicians, Aaron Atchison. I recently moved into a new home in Berry Farms in Franklin and turned the upstairs furnace on for the first time on Wednesday morning, November 23, 2016, the day before Thanksgiving. I called GBT and spoke with Rachel. I explained the situation and also told her that I had company coming later in the day and it was very important to have heat in the upstairs of my home. Rachel was very friendly and promised to send someone as soon as possible.
Aaron arrived not long after, and after he checked the furnace, he concluded the motor was bad. Aaron called in an effort to obtain a new motor, but was told none were available until Friday. That clearly wasn’t going to for me with company on the way. Aaron was very empathetic to my situation and said he would “see what he could do”. He soon arrived back with a replacement motor for the furnace which he promptly installed and is now working well.
Aaron provided excellent service by improvising and rescued me from a potentially disastrous situation with company coming in and no heat upstairs. Aaron should be commended for his efforts.
